超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗面部萎缩性瘢痕疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of super-pulsed CO_2 lattice laser on facial atrophic scar

目的对超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗面部萎缩性瘢痕疗效进行研究及判定。方法选取本院2015年2月至2016年1月收治的30例面部萎缩性瘢痕患者,均予以超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗,并观察30例患者经治疗后90d的临床疗效、不良反应情况。结果 30例面部萎缩性瘢痕患者的经治疗后30d的总有效率为53.33%,经治疗后90d的总有效率为96.67%,其中8例患者出现不同程度色斑,平均持续时间为(12.41±5.01)d,均在6周内消失。结论超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗面部萎缩性瘢痕疗效显著,可显著消除患者面部瘢痕,于术后不良反应较轻,值得在临床中推广实施。

Objective To study and evaluate the efficacy of ultra pulse CO2 lattice laser in the treatment of facial atrophic scar. Methods Thirty patients with atrophic scar were enrolled in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2016. They were treated with ultra pulse CO2 lattice laser treatment. The clinical efficacy and adverse effects of 30 patients after 90 days of treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate was 53.33% at 30 days after treatment, and the total effective rate was 96.67% at 90 days after treat- ment. Among the 8 patients, there were different degrees of stains, the average duration was （12.41 ± 5.01） d, all disappeared within 6 weeks. Conclusion Ultra - pulsed CO2 lattice laser treatment of facial atrophic scar is effective, can significantly eliminate the facial scar, in the postoperative adverse reactions are mild, worthy of clinical practice in the promotion.
