用即刻种植法和常规种植法进行牙齿修复的效果对比

Comparison of the effects of immediate implant and conventional implant for dental restoration

目的临床比对用即刻种植法和常规种植法进行牙齿修复的应用效果。方法采用回顾性方法,选取2015年2月-2016年1月以来我院收治的牙齿种植患者130例,按照种植方法的不同,分为对照组和观察组,对照组68例,采用常规延期种植法对牙齿进行修复;观察组62例,采用即刻种植法对牙齿进行修复,1年后观察两组患者的临床治疗效果和满意度。结果观察组患者的临床疗效100%(62/62)明显高于对照组患者的临床疗效73.53%(50/68),两组数据差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床总满意率100%(62/62)明显高于对照组患者的临床总满意率70.59%(48/68),两组数据差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用即刻种植法对牙齿进行修复的临床疗效确切,具有很高的安全性,且可降低牙槽骨吸收,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the effect of immediate implant and conventional implant for dental restoration. Meth- ods Selected February 2015 -2016 in our hospital since January and dental implant patients with 130 cases, according to the different planting methods, divided into control group and observation group, 68 cases in the control group, using conventional delayed implant method to repair teeth; 62 cases in the observation group, the immediate implant method to repair the teeth were observed in two groups of patients with clinical curative effect and satisfaction after 1 years. Results To observe the clinical efficacy of the 100% groups were significantly higher than that of the control （62/62） the clinical efficacy of the 73.53% groups （50/68）, the difference between the two groups of data significantly, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）; clinical observation group total satisfaction rate of the patients was 100% （62/62） was significantly higher than that of the control group patients clinical total satisfaction rate of 70.59% （48/68） , the differences between the two groups of data were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of immediate implant method on dental restoration is accurate, has high safety, and can reduce alveolar bone resorption, improve patient satisfaction, worthy of clinical application.
