摘要
目的了解成都地区婴儿母亲返岗及工作场地对母乳喂养的支持状况。方法采用随机抽样的方法,抽取成都市五城区12月月龄内并且已返回工作岗位的婴儿母亲288例,用自行设计的量表就婴儿母亲返岗时间、影响返岗后母乳喂养因素及工作场地对母乳喂养的支持状况进行问卷调查。结果产妇不同的年龄、分娩方式、文化程度、产假时间和有无固定工作对返岗后母乳喂养支持度不同,其中年龄≤30岁,自然分娩,本科及以上文化程度,有较长的产假和有固定工作的产妇,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),产妇分娩后在住院期间形成良好的母乳喂养习惯,如早吸吮、学会哺乳等均会提高返岗后母乳喂养支持度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产妇的个体特征、住院期间相关因素、工作场地及返岗时间均会不同程度地影响返岗后母乳喂养支持度,妇幼保健护理人员应采取针对性措施,以提高返岗后母乳喂养支持度。
Objective To realize the support condition of breasffeeding after parturient come back to work in Chengdu area.Methods 288 mothers with their baby 12 month old from five District of Chengdu city were randomly choosed.The survey mainly contains the time of parturi- ent coming back to work,factors that can influence breastfeeding after coming back to work and breastfeeding support of work place.Results different personal characteristics, different ages, delivery mode, standards of culture, maternity leaves time and whether have a steady work, of which can influence the support of breastfeeding.Among those, mothers'age who is below 30 years old or have delivery mode,academic creden- tials above undergraduate,longer maternity leave and a steady job have the advantage over other conditions.The discrepancies have statistical significance( both P〈0.05).The habit of breastfeeding sucking earlier, learning to breast-feed also can influence the support of breastfeeding during the hospital after delivery, the discrepancies have statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion In some way, different condition of parturient, factors in the hospital, working environment as well as the time of coming back to work can influence the support of breastfeeding. Nurses of maternal and health care should take effective measures to improve the support of breastfeeding after parturient come back to work.
