吸附式点刺激低频治疗仪辅助治疗强直性脊柱炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Adjunctive Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis with Silver Spike Point Electrotherapy

目的:观察吸附式点刺激低频治疗仪辅助治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:将237例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组、对照2组,每组79例。3组均常规运用醋氯芬酸胶囊、沙利度胺片、中药汤剂等药物治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上采用吸附式点刺激低频治疗仪治疗,对照1组在常规治疗基础上采用普通针刺治疗,对照2组在常规治疗基础上采用火疗治疗。每日1次,1周为1个疗程,2周为1个观察周期。观察3组治疗前后Bath强直性脊柱炎病情活动指数(BASDAI)、关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、强直性脊柱炎疾病活动评分(ASDAS),同时在治疗期间评价其安全性。结果:治疗后,3组BASDAI评分、关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、CRP、ASDAS较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组优于2个对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:吸附式点刺激低频治疗仪辅助治疗强直性脊柱炎是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Silver Spike Point （ SSP ） Electrotherapy in the adjunctive treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods：Two hundred and thirty seven patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into a treatment group,control group one and control group two, 79 cases in each group.The three groups were routinely treated with Aceclofenac Capsules,Thalidomide Tablets,and Chinese herbal decoctions.Based on that,the treatment group was treated with SSP Electrotherapy, control group one was treated with general acupuncture therapy, and control group two was treated with fire therapy, once a day, a week as a course of treatment and two weeks as a period of observation.BASDAI,the counts of joint tenderness and joint swelling,CRP, and ASDAS of the three groups were observed before and after treatment,and the safety during treatment was evaluated.Results：After treatment,the BASDAI score,the counts of joint tenderness and joint swelling,CRP, and ASDAS of the three groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） ,and the treatment group was better than the control groups （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion：It is a safe and effective method for the adjunctive treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with SSP Electrotherapy.
