塞来昔布联合三七消肿止痛散治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Traumatic Knee Joint Synovitis with Celecoxib Combining Sanqi Xiaozhong Zhitong San(三七消肿止痛散)

目的:观察塞来昔布联合三七消肿止痛散治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将70例创伤性膝关节滑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用塞来昔布治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予三七消肿止痛散治疗。2组均治疗2周。观察2组临床疗效,以及治疗前后膝关节肿胀评分、KSS评分、红细胞沉降率和超敏C-反应蛋白水平。结果:治疗组治愈18例,显效11例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率为94.29%;对照组治愈12例,显效9例,有效7例,无效7例,总有效率为80.00%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组膝关节肿胀评分、KSS评分、红细胞沉降率、超敏C-反应蛋白较治疗前均显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:塞来昔布联合三七消肿止痛散治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎疗效好,临床应用价值较高。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of celecoxib combining Sanqi Xiaozhong Zhitong San （ 三七消肿止痛散 ） in the treatment of traumatic knee joint synovitis.Methods：Seventy cases of traumatic synovitis of knee joint were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with celecoxib,while the treatment group,based on the treatment for the control group,was further treated with Sanqi Xiaozhong Zhitong San.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The clinical efficacy of them was observed,and the knee swelling scores,KSS scores,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the high sensitivity C- reactive protein level were observed before and after treatment.Results：In the treatment group,18 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 94.29%,while in the control group, 12 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,7 cases were in effective,and the total effective rate was 80%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） .After treatment,the knee swelling score,KSS score,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,high sensitive C- reactive protein of the two groups were significantly improved than those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） ,and the treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion：Celecoxib combined with Sanqi Xiaozhong Zhitong San has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint and a high clinical application value.
