促血管生成素-2和血管内皮生长因子在尖锐湿疣血管生成机制中的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨促血管生成素-2(Ang-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在尖锐湿疣皮损组织及外周血中的表达,研究二者在尖锐湿疣发病中的作用和意义。方法:随机选择30例尖锐湿疣患者,应用免疫组织化学法检测皮损中Ang-2及VEGF蛋白的表达情况,双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测其外周血血清中Ang-2及VEGF的水平,并与20例正常人比较。结果:与对照组比较,尖锐湿疣银屑病患者皮损处的Ang-2和VEGF的表达明显增强(χ~2值分别为31.04、18.07,P<0.01),血清中Ang-2及VEGF水平明显升高(t值分别为3.16、5.56,P<0.05)。结论:尖锐湿疣中Ang-2和VEGF表达上调,可能促进血管形成,参与尖锐湿疣的发生和发展。 Objective:To investigate the effects of angiopoietin-2(Ang-2)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)expression in condyloma acuminatum tissues and peripheral blood,and the significance of the research two in the pathogenesis of condyloma acuminatum in rats.Methods:Randomly selected 30 cases of patients with condyloma acuminatum,the expression of Ang-2and VEGF protein detected by immunohistochemical method of double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and Ang-2VEGF assay in peripheral blood serum level,and compared with 20 normal controls.Results:Compared with the control group,the expression of condyloma acuminatum lesions of patients with psoriasis Ang-2and VEGF obviously increased(χ^2 respectively.31.04,18.07,P,Ang-2and〈0.01)were significantly increased in serum VEGF levels(t=3.16,5.56,Pvalue〈0.05).Conclusion:The expression of Ang-2and VEGF expression in condyloma acuminatum,may promote the formation of blood vessels in condyloma acuminatum and occurrence Development.
