心外膜起搏电极一定是替补吗? 被引量:2

摘要 自心内膜起搏电极广泛应用以来,由于其在电极性能及对患者固有的创伤方面均较心外膜起搏电极有明显的优势,使得心外膜起搏电极一直处于替补位置,只有在心内膜起搏电极无法植入时,才会尝试应用。近年来,心外膜起搏电极的性能已有明显改善,
