该文采用内容分析法对上海市出台的扶持众创空间发展有关政策进行量化分析。通过遴选样本、制定分析框架、编码文本条款、频数统计分析等步骤,对政策体系的结构性、协调性和整体性进行了深入剖析,针对发现的问题提出了优化和完善未来众创空间扶持政策体系的政策建议。

Using the context analysis method based on text encoding,this paper follows the step of selecting samples,establishing the analytical framework,encoding policy text,implementing frequency statistics and then deeply analyzes the structure,integrality and coordination of the policy system.On the base of the revealed problems,it puts forwards some policy suggestions.
