长江中游城市群产城融合度评价

Evaluation of City-Industry Integration in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River

该文运用Pearson相关系数及变异系数,对长江中游城市群产城融合度进行动态综合评价,发现:近年来长江中游城市群产城融合度不断提高,同时不均等性也日益明显,对周边城市产生了挤压吸纳而非辐射带动作用。这种产城融合度的差异是大城市偏向和行政中心偏向共同作用的结果。最后建议消除资源配置中的行政等级观念,促进城市机会平等;培育核心城市辐射带动能力,优化城市布局和形态;统筹城乡基本公共服务体系。

Based on the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, this paper dynamically evaluates the level of city-industry integration by entire sequence data processing and, analytic hierarchy process, Pearson index and coefficient of variation. The research demonstrates that the level and growth rate of city-Industry integration has close and positive links with city size and administrative scale. Besides, the level of city- industry integration is enhanced together with significant spatial variation as a whole. At present, central cities could not stimulate the development of surrounding areas for center functional impairment. Finally, we put forward policy advices according to the conclusions.
