摘要
目的:结合中医传承辅助系统,对中医药治疗原发性骨质疏松症的方剂组方规律进行研究,为临床治疗原发性骨质疏松症提供参考依据。方法:收集中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中使用中医药方剂治疗原发性骨质疏松症的文献,运用中医传承辅助系统建立处方数据库,采用频次统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析、复杂系统熵聚类方法对药物用药规律进行分析。结果:筛选出治疗原发性骨质疏松症的方剂82首,使用中药122味,分析得出使用高频次的药物有杜仲、熟地黄、淫羊藿、当归、骨碎补等;高频次药物组合包含熟地黄-杜仲、淫羊藿-骨碎补、淫羊藿-杜仲等;通过聚类分析得到6个新方。结论:治疗原发性骨质疏松症的处方用药多归肝、肾、脾经,以补益肝肾、补血生精,健脾益气,活血化祛瘀等为治疗原则,基于熵层次聚类算法的新方组合亦以补益为主。
Objective: To explore the composing principles of prescriptions for primary osteoporosis( POP) by using Traditional Chinese Medicine( TCM) Inheritance System,and provide references for the clinical treatment of POP. Method: The literature on TCM prescriptions for primary osteoporosis in CNKI were collected,then the data were input into the TCM inheritance system to establish prescription database. The composing principles of the prescriptions were analyzed by using the methods of frequency statistics,association rules,cluster analysis and complex system entropy clustering respectively. Result: Total 82 prescriptions related to POP were screened,involving 122 kinds of Chinese herbs. The herbs with high frequent use were Eucommiae Cortex,Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Epimedii Folium,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Drynariae Rhizoma,and so on. The herbal combinations with higher frequent use were Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata-Eucommiae Cortex,Epimedii Folium-Drynariae Rhizoma,and Epimedii Folium-Eucommiae Cortex,et al. Six new prescriptions were got based on entropy clustering analysis. Conclusion: This study indicated that the prescriptions for POP were mainly in the liver,spleen and kidney meridians,and those herbs mostly had the functions of nourishing liver and kidney,invigorating spleen and supplementing Qi,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. New prescriptions also mainly included those invigorating herbs based on entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm.
