The paper introduces a pneumatic fly ash conveying and direct loading system,which includes ducted dense-phase pneumatic fly ash conveying,shipment measuring,automatic position tracking,and loading dock. Fly ash in silo is conveyed to the loading dock of the wharf through pneumatic conveying piping and directly put into the cabin after gas-solid separation. And the dust in the exhaust gas is removed to reach the emission standard. The loading system is closed in the whole process,which satisfies environmental requirements. Without surge bin,the system is optimized and more secure. Engineering application indicates that its performance is as expected.
