摘要
针对目前臂式斗轮堆取料机回转机构驱动单元过载保护装置结构形式设计不合理,使用时易出现安装精度要求高、减振效果差、安装拆卸困难及元件使用寿命过短等问题,分析问题产生原因,对过载保护装置有针对性地进行结构优化改进,使其满足臂式斗轮堆取料机回转机构实际工况需求。
As the design of the overload protective device of the driving unit of the slewing mechanism of boom type bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer is irrational,problems like high requirements on accuracy during installation,poor damping performance,difficulties in assembly and removal and shorter service life of elements occur during operation. To deal with these problems,the paper analyzes their causes and proposes targeted structural optimization for the overload protective device to make it applicable to actual operating conditions of the slewing mechanism of boom type bucket wheel stackers/reclaimer.
