涉及“独头弹”枪案的枪弹检验

Extrapolation on the Gun through Identifying the Involved Slugs Collected from the Scene of a Case

一起社会影响恶劣的涉枪案件,其犯罪现场遗留有六枚弹丸,其中五枚变形较大,较为完好的是第六枚,呈圆头圆柱体状,弹底有圆弧状凹陷,弹径达11mm。由于弹丸弹体做工较为精细、弹头突起及弹底凹陷也具一定精细度,技术人员一度认为是制式弹丸,后经深入探讨及查询相关资料,判定该案弹丸既非猎枪"独头弹"也非一般的猎枪散弹,而应为自制弹丸,另据该弹丸直径、侵彻力及能够击发如此杀伤威力的枪弹等因素分析,涉案枪支也判为自制。

During the scene investigation of a gun-involving case that had very bad social influence,six slugs were collected,yet five ones were deformed badly,leaving only one in good condition.This condition-good slug presents its shape of cylinder,sunken bottom and a diameter of 11 mm.Through consultation and survey,the slug was verified of neither the normal type used for hunting rifle nor that found in daily forensic test.Due to the seeming fineness at the first glimpse,the slug was thought to be a formal bullet.However,based on the different diameters and penetrating power of all the six slugs,a final conclusion was that both the slugs and the related firing gun are all self-made because no standard gun can fire such powerful slugs.At last,the discovery had been confirmed from the seizure in the suspect＇s house.
