摘要
神经元的缺失既是癫痫发作的结果,又是癫痫反复发作的原因,活化的小胶质细胞在癫痫的发病中发挥了重要作用.作为中枢神经系统内的免疫细胞,活化的小胶质细胞可以释放炎性因子和氧自由基启动凋亡程序,诱导神经元的凋亡.对小胶质细胞的激活与癫痫的关系作一综述.
Neuron loss is a result of epileptic seizures, but also the causes of recurrent seizures. Activated microglia play an important role in the pathogenesis of epilepsy. As the immune cells in the central nervous system, activated microglia release inflammatory factors and oxygen free radicals to start the apoptosis program, and to induce the apoptosis of neurons. In this paper, we reviewed the relationship between the activation of microglia andepilepsy.
