咳变方治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘84例回顾性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察咳变方治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法整理并总结跟师病例,选取2015年1月至2016年3月运用咳变方治疗的84例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿作为治疗组,以同时期选择常规西药治疗的41例患儿作为对照组,回顾性分析2组患儿的临床总疗效及治疗前、后肺功能指标的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率90.5%,对照组为80.5%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前、后用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_1)、最大呼气峰流速(PEF)及最大呼气中期流速(MMEF75/25)比较,差异均有高度统计意义(P<0.01),且治疗组改善幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论咳变方为治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的有效方,不仅患儿依从性高,且能改善患儿的临床症状及肺功能水平,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cough variant asthma in children treated with Kebian Fang. Methods After collected and summarized cases following teachers,84 cases of cough variant asthma in children from Janurary,2015 to March,2016 who were treated with Kebian Fang were classified to therapy group,while 41 patients who were treated with routine Western medicine were classified to control group. Then,make retrospective analysis of clinical efficacy and the lung index of patients in two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in therapy group and control group was 90.5% and 80.5%respectivelly with statistically significant differences(P〈0.05). There were significant differences in FVC,FEV_1 and MMEF 75/25 between two groups before and after treatment(P〈0.01),and they improved better in the therapy group than in the control group(P〈0.05). Conculsion Kebian Fang can treat cough variant asthma in children effectively,which is worthy of clinical promotion,not only because it can improve clinical symptoms and lung function,but also have high compliance among the children.
