泻南补北法针药结合治疗小儿抽动障碍经验介绍

Introduction of experience in treating child tic disorders with combined therapy of medicine and acupuncture of “reducing south reinforcing north method”

基于小儿抽动障碍具有"心肝火旺、肝风内动和(或)肾水亏虚、虚风内动致经筋失约"的病机特点,采用泻南补北法,以泻心火、滋肾水为治则,运用针药结合的方法治疗本病,可显著改善患儿的临床症状,取得满意的疗效。

There are some characteristic in child tic disorders,including hyperactivity of heart-fire and liver-fire,liver wind stirring up internally,deficiency of kidney-water,internal stirring of deficient wind. Based on the therapeutic principle of reducing heart-fire and nourishing kidney-water, the combined therapy of acupuncture and medicine of ＂reducing south reinforcing north method＂has been applied to make a treatment,which has achieved satisfactory efficacy by obvious improvement of patients＇ clinical symptoms.
