二次受力下CFRP板加固受弯钢梁力学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 在考虑二次受力影响的CFRP板加固钢梁抗弯试验的基础上,利用ANSYS软件建立"三维实体-弹簧-壳元"有限元计算模型,对CFRP板加固钢梁进行模拟,通过对钢梁跨中挠度的模拟值与试验值之间的对比,验证了有限元模型的正确性,得到了二次受力对CFRP板加固钢梁的影响,进而可以对影响钢梁抗弯性能的荷载参数、几何参数、材料参数进行分析,确定影响加固钢梁受力性能的主要因素和规律。本文的研究成果为正在编制的国家标准"钢结构加固设计规范"提供理论依据,同时为此类工程提供理论参考和依据。 In this paper, based on the influence of the secondary stress of CFRP plate reinforcing steel bending test, the " threedimensional entity-spring-shell element" finite element calculation model is established by ANSYS software, and the steel beams reinforced by CFRP plate are simulated. Through the contrast between the simulation results and experiment results of the steel beam midspan deflection, the validity of the finite element model is verified, and the influence of secondary stress of reinforced structure is concluded. Then, the load parameters, geometric parameters and material parameters which affect the flexural performance of steel beams are analyzed, and the main factors affecting the mechanical properties of the steel beams strengthened are determined. The research results provide the theoretical basis for the national norm "Steel Reinforcement Design Specifications", and provide theoretical reference and basis for such projects.
