摘要
"统计研究"2016年第4期发表了本人与王涛合作的论文"基于全球资金流量表的国家之间资金循环分析"一文,张南教授在"统计研究"2016年第12期"国际资金循环统计的研究与实践-与李文商榷"一文中对文章提出了一些质疑。本文从国际资金流量表的研究背景、前提条件、编表的假定和计算方法等方面对张南教授提出的问题给出了解释。
The paper of ＂The Analysis of Capital Flow between Countries Based on Global Flow of Funds Matrix＂written by Li Baoyu and Wang Tao was published in the fourth issue of Statistical Research 2016.Professor Zhang Nan put forward some questions in his paper of＂Research and Practice of International Capital Circulation Statistics and Discussion with Li Wen＂Published in the twelfth issue of Statistical Research 2016. In this paper,the research background,the prerequisite conditions,the assumptions and the calculation methods of the international flow of funds are explained.
