糠酸莫米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗慢性湿疹及神经性皮炎的临床研究

Clinical study of Mometasone Furoate Cream combined with Calcipotriol Ointment for the treatment of chronic eczema and neurodermatitis

目的研究糠酸莫米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗慢性湿疹及神经性皮炎的临床效果。方法随机选择2014年8月~2015年8月我院收治的94例慢性湿疹及神经性皮炎患者作为研究对象,根据用药方法不同分为两组,44例患者仅用糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗为对照组,50例在对照组用药基础上联合用卡泊三醇软膏为观察组,评价不同用药疗效。结果治疗后,观察组的靶皮损面积、皮损面积评分、皮肤瘙痒评分以及湿疹指数评分、皮肤生理功能以及治疗有效率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性湿疹及神经皮炎选用糠酸莫米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗,可明显缩小靶皮损面积、减轻皮损程度,可改善皮肤瘙痒,效果显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Mometasone Furoate Cream combined with Calcipotriol Ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema and neurodermatitis.Methods A total of 94 patients with chronic eczema and neuroder- matitis treated in our hospital were randomly selected as object from August 2014 to August 2015.The patients were di- vided into two groups according to the method of medication.44 patients given Mometasone Furoate Cream for the control group,while 50 cases based on the control group were given Kalbotriol Ointment for the observation group.Efficacy of different drugs was evaluated.Results After treatment,the lesion area,lesion area score,skin pruritus score and eczema index score,skin physiological function and treatment efficiency of the observation group were statistically significant compared with the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mometasone Furoate Cream combined with Calcipotriol Ointment for the treatment of chronic eczema and neurodermatitis can obviously narrow the target lesion area and reduce the degree of skin lesions,improve the skin itching,the effect is remarkable.
