宫颈扩张球囊在产妇促宫颈成熟及引产中的应用效果

Application effect of cervical dilatation balloon in cervical ripening and labor induction of pregnant women

目的探讨宫颈扩张球囊在产妇促宫颈成熟及引产中的应用效果。方法选择我院2015年1月~2016年6月收治的140例单胎头位具有引产指征、胎膜完整的产妇患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各70例。对照组予以控释地诺前列酮栓,观察组采用宫颈扩张球囊。比较两组产妇宫颈成熟效果、Bishop评分以及分娩结局。结果观察组宫颈成熟总有效率为95.71%,显著高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);使用宫颈扩张球囊前,两组Bishop评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);使用宫颈扩张球囊后,两组Bishop评分均显著降低,且观察组降低趋势更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组比较,观察组自然分娩率较高,胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、羊水粪染等不良事件发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈扩张球囊有利于产妇促宫颈成熟且效果显著,可提高成功引产率,改善妊娠结局,值得临床广泛应用。

ObjectiVe To investigate the application effect of cervical dilatation balloon in cervical ripening and labor induction of pregnant women.Methods 140 pregnant women with single head position of having labor induction indica- tors and intact fetal membrane from January 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected as research object,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,70 cases in each group.Control group took controlled release of dinoprostone suppositories,observation group took cervical dilatation balloon.The cervical ripening effects,Bishop scores and delivery outcomes of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of cervical ripening of observation group was 95.71%,which was significantly higher than 77.14% of control group （P〈0.01）;before the using of cervical dilatation balloon,there was no statistical difference in Bishop scores between two groups （P〉0.05）;the Bishop, scores of two groups were significantly decreased after the using＂of cervical dilatation balloon,and descend teridency of observation group was more significant （P〈0.01）;compared with the control group,the rate of natural delivery of observation group was higher,and the incidence of fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia,meconium-staining amniotic fluid was lower （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cervical dilatation balloon is beneficial to cervical ripening and has significant effects,it can increase success rate of labor induction and improve delivery outcomes,which is worthy of clinical application.
