瘢痕子宫剖宫产术中缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗产后出血的效果

Efficiency of oxytocin combined with carboprost tromethamine in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section with scarred uterus

目的探讨瘢痕子宫剖宫产术中缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗产后出血的效果。方法选取2015年3月~2017年2月于我院接受瘢痕子宫剖宫产术产妇48例,随机分两组。对照组术中单纯给予缩宫素,治疗组术中给予缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液。比较两组患者产后出血发生率、产后不同时间出血量、产后出血持续时间。结果治疗组患者产后出血发生率(25.00%)低于对照组(50.00%);治疗组产后2、24 h出血量[(223.51±31.48)、(292.51±52.61)ml]少于对照组[(294.39±52.77)、(387.39±63.57)ml],产后出血持续时间[(2.62±1.21)d]短于对照组[(3.61±1.59)d],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瘢痕子宫剖宫产术中缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液预防产后出血临床效果确切,可有效降低产后出血发生率,减少产后出血量,缩短出血持续时间,值得推广。

Objective To explore the efficiency of oxytocin combined with carboprost tromethamine in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section with scarred uterus.Methods 48 patiens with scarred uterus received cesarean section in our hospital from March 2015 to February 2017,and were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was given oxytocin alone,while the treatment group was given oxytocin combined with carboprost tromethamine.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,the amount of postpartum bleeding at different tima,in both groups; postpartum bleeding at different times,duration of postpartum hemorrhage between two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the treatment group （25.00%） was lower than that in the control group（50.00%）;2,24 h after operation,the amount of postpartum bleeding in the treatment group[（223.51±31.48）,（292.51±52.61）ml] were less than those in the control group [（294.39±52.77）,（387.39±63.57）ml]; the duration of postpartum hemorrhage in the treatment group[（2.62±1.21）d] was shorter than that in the control group [（3.61±1.59）d],and all the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of oxytocin combined with carboprost tromethamine on the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage is effective in reducing the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,reducing the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and shortening the duration of bleeding.h is worthy to be popularized.
