醒脑开窍针刺法联合补阳还五汤加减治疗脑中风后遗症的临床效果

Clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction treating apoplectic sequela

目的探讨醒脑开窍针刺法联合补阳还五汤加减治疗脑中风后遗症的临床效果,为临床应用提供依据。方法选取我院2014年1月~2016年1月收治的200例型中风后遗症患者作为研究对象,根据实施不同的治疗方法分为两组,对照组100例患者给予针刺及相关常规治疗,观察组100例患者在针刺基础上配合应用补阳还五汤治疗,两组患者均于治疗2个月后进行疗效评价。结果观察组患者干预后的躯体功能、机体疼痛、社会功能等生活质量评分指标显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),一般健康状况、生命力、社会功能、情感角色、心理健康等等生活质量评分略高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的总有效率为96.0%,显著高于对照组的67.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论醒脑开窍针刺法联合补阳还五汤加减治疗脑中风后遗症的临床效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction treating apoplectic sequela,and to provide the basis for clinical application.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with apoplectic sequela admitted inyo our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as object.According to the different treatment methods,the patients in the control group （n=100） were given acupuncture and conventional therapy,while the observation group （n=100） was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoctionon the basis of acupuncture,the two groups of patients were evaluated after 2 months of treatment.Results The score of physical function,body pain and social function were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. The general health status, vitality,social function,emotion （P〉0.05）.In the observation group,the total effective rate of the observation group （96.0%） was obviously higher than that of the control group （67.0%）,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Indicating that the addition of Buyang Huanwu Decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients.Conclusion Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupunture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of apoplectic sequela obtains an significant clinical effect,and it is worthy of promotion the application.
