摘要 为了探索目前烧结原材料条件下,固体燃料粒度、燃料结构的优化对烧结过程及烧结矿产质量的影响,韶钢利用烧结杯实验研究不同焦粉粒度组成对烧结的影响,并在6号烧结机进行了全焦工业生产试验.结果表明,全焦生产能提高烧结矿强度,降低燃料消耗及成本.同时研究发现提高焦粉0.5~3 mm的比例有助于提高烧结成品率等指标. In order to investigate the influences of solid fuel granularity and fuel structure on the sintering process and the sinter ore quality, pilot experiments were carried out to study the effects of coke powder granularity, and industrial experi- ments of full coke were carried out in No. 6 sintering machine in SGIS. The experimental results show that full coke structure can enhance the sinter ore strength, reduce fuel consumption and production cost. Meanwhile, the percentage of 0. 5 - 3 mm coke powder is increased which helps improve the sinter ore yield.
