Practice of Strengthening Smelting of Blast Furnace in SGIS

在风机供风条件和外部原燃材料质量有所改善的前提下,韶钢6号高炉2016年2~5月进行强化冶炼攻关,通过合理的上下部调节,加强炉内外管理,降低休风率,维护合理的生产炉型等一系列行之有效的措施,实现1 050 m^3高炉日产3 150 t的良好指标.

Under the premise of improving the quality of the fan and the external raw material quality, the strengthening smelting research on BF #6 at SGIS started from February to May in 2016. Through a series of effective measures such as reasonably adjusting the upper and lower parts of the blast furnace, strengthening the management of the inside and outside the blast furnace, reducing the downtime rate, maintaining a reasonable production furnace, the blast furnace production indexes were improved. The target of daily production of 3150 tons of hot metal in 1050 m^3 BF was achieved.
