摘要
对韶钢6号高炉(1 050 m^3)采用的新技术进行阐述.串罐无料钟炉顶,增设称重装置;采用全冷却壁炉衬结构,高热负荷区采用铸钢冷却壁;炉底炉缸采用陶瓷垫与碳砖相结合的复合结构;出铁场平台平坦化,2个出铁口,单矩型出铁场结构,设置摆动流槽;2号铁口炉渣采取小冲渣方式处理;净环水系统高效改造;热风炉技术提升等使高炉技术装备水平有了很大提高.6号高炉投产以来的实践表明,采用的新技术发挥了较大作用.
BF #6 ( 1 050 m3 ) modified with the new technology is expounded. A weighing device is added for the centrally-fed BLT. The entire cooling hearth lining structure is adopted and cast steel cooling walls are applied to the high tempera-ture bearing regions. The hearth is the combined structure consisted of ceramic pads and carbon bricks. The casthouse plat-form is flat with 2 tapholes, which is arranged as a single rectangle casthouse structure and is equipped with a swinging launder. Taphole #2 is equipped with small slag flushing. The recycle purifying waster system is modified for high efficien- cy. The hot-blast stove technology is boosted. By the above, the level of the BF technology and equipment is raised greatly. The practice of BF #6 since it was put into operation shows that the the new technology has played a greater role.
