"周公型模"的主要构成要素包括:"天-仁"双本体哲学,民本主义国家治理范式以及周人一贯强调的"无逸"精神。"天-仁"双本体哲学是"周公型模""仁道-政道"核心治理模式的哲学基础。周公的"天哲学"与其"仁道哲学"同构互补,是"周公型模"最主要的构成因素。《周易》是周公"天哲学"的形式化展开。作为中华哲学原型的周公"天-仁"双本体哲学体系完全异于西方哲学,但中国"天哲学"体系却又是西方市场经济观念的来源之一。

The main elements of Zhougong Model include： heaven-benevolence biontology philosophy, humanism govern- ance paradigm and the ＂wuyi＂ spirit Zhou people has always stressed, among which, the heaven-benevolence biontology philosophy constructs the philosophical foundation for core governance of ＂Zhougong Model＂ ＂benevolence-administrative measures＂. The ＂heaven philosophy＂ and ＂benevolence philosophy＂ set the main elements of Zhougong Model, and they two are mutually complemented. Zhougong＇s ＂heaven philosophy＂ is developed in the form of The Book of Changes. As the prototype of Chinese philosophy, Zhougong＇s heaven-benevolence biontology philosophy system differentiates itself from the western nhilosophv, but it is actuallv one of the sources of the idea of western market economv.
