摘要
根据兰州市2000-2015年时间序列数据,测度非公经济对劳动力的就业吸纳弹性系数、边际技术替代率、资本对劳动力的吸纳弹性系数等指标。实证结果表明,兰州市非公经济的发展,无论是产值增加还是资本投入,都在一定程度上促进更多的劳动力就业。
