As one of China＇s third generation of film directors, Xie Jin contributed all his life to the creation of many uni versially-praised movies, which affected the development of Chinese films of his time and their aesthetic trend. Xie Jin＇s masterpieces in different periods have reflected the different principles of dramatic narrative, through which his creation features are reflected.
