摘要
通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了中孔氧化锆分子筛,用热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X-ray粉末衍射(XRD)、低温N2吸附-脱附及Hammett指示剂法等对催化剂进行了评价.结果表明,通过焙烧可有效脱除模板剂,但模板剂用量过低,焙烧温度过高,焙烧时间过长,会导致中孔结构容易坍塌及表面酸性降低.
In this research,first Mesoporous zirconium oxide is synthesized by the sol-gel procedure.Second the catalyzer is evaluated with several tools:TG-DTA、FT-IR、XRD,nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms and Hammett indicator measurements.The results show that the template agent can be removed effectively through calcining,but low template agent,high calcination time and high calcination temperature can lead to the pore structure collapsing and surface acidity reducing.
