摘要
组织行为学是信息管理与信息系统专业的核心课程,是一门理论性和实践性较强的专业课.教学的最终目标是要培养学生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力.本文在总结组织行为学课程特点及教学过程存在问题的基础上,尝试将PBL(Problem-Based Learning)教学法引入课堂授课过程,以期提高学生的综合应用能力和实践能力.
As a professional course of information management and information systems,Organizational Behavior is a course with theoretical and practical features.The ultimate goal of this course is to cultivate students' ability to found,analyze and solve problems.In this paper,we try to introduce the PBL(Problem-based Learning)teaching method into the teaching process to improve the students' comprehensive application ability and practice ability on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the characteristics and the problems existed in teaching process of Organizational Behavior.
