混料方式对AgWC(12)C(3)电触头材料性能及组织的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用球磨机、擂溃机、V型混料机等三种不同混料方式制备AgWC(12)C(3)混合料,并通过压制烧结制得AgWC(12)C(3)电触头材料,检测材料的电阻率、力学性能及金相组织。研究表明:采用球磨机混料和擂溃机混料方式所制备的AgWC(12)C(3)材料具有良好的性能及金相组织,而采用V型混料机混料方式制备的试样金相组织中出现了Ag及WC偏聚。 AgWC12C3 powder is prepared by ball-milling, mixing-kneading and V type mixing, respectively. AgWC12C3 contact materials are made by pressing-sintering. Electrical resistivity, mechanical properties and microstructure of the AgWC^2C3 electrical contact materials are studied. The results show that the AgWC12C3 contact materials which made by ball-milling and mixng kneading show a good performance and microstructure, but that made by V type mixing shows Ag and WC gathering.
