摘要
通过电极印刷展宽对电池串联电阻和填充因子影响的理论分析,发现单次与二次印刷都是通过电极体电阻和接触电阻变化影响填充因子,进而影响电池转换效率。试验对比单次、二次印刷,发现二次印刷比单次印刷湿重降低8%,高宽比提高68%,效率提升0.2%,EL断栅减少40%。因此二次印刷无论在提升电池效率和降低成本方面都具有明显优势。
Effects of electrode printing broadening on battery series resistance and fill factor are analyzed in theory. We found that single pass printing and secondary printing affect the fill fac- tor by changing electrode resistance and contact resistance. Then battery conversion efficiency will be affected. The single pass printing and secondary printing are compared in the laboratory. The results show that the secondary printing is 8% lower than single pass printing in wet weight, increased aspect ratio by 68%, imProved efficiency by 0.2%, decreased EL gate broken by 40%. Therefore, secondary printing has obvious advantages in terms of improving battery efficiency and lower cost.
