摘要
为探究继电器环境应力筛选中的随机振动方法,通过对继电器早期失效故障的探讨及随机振动环境应力的故障率理论研究和试验验证。结果表明,随机振动的故障率与分析结果能较好地吻合,且随机振动环境应力筛选可以暴露继电器的缺陷,剔除有早期失效隐患的产品,对提高继电器的可靠性有重要意义。
To explore the environmental stress screening method of random early failure of relay is discussed, while theory study and experimental vibration for a relay, verification of random vibration fault rate are done. The results show that the trial results of theory random vibration fault rate fit well with the analytical conclusion. The defects of the relay can be discovered by random vibration. It has important implications for eliminating the premature failure and improving the reliability of the raley.
