摘要
调节性T细胞(Tregs)在维持免疫平衡及免疫耐受中起重要作用,近年来组织内Tregs多项标志性的研究逐渐引起关注,除固有免疫调节作用外,一些组织内Tregs还表达特殊的分子并参与驻存组织特殊功能的调节。文章从内脏脂肪组织Tregs参与胰岛素抵抗的调节、肌肉组织Tregs参与骨骼肌损伤的再生与修复以及甲状腺组织Tregs细胞亚型及其作用等方面进行阐述,以期提高专业研究生对组织内Tregs亚型和功能的认识。
Regulatory T cells (Tregs) play important roles in immune homeostasis and tolerance. Recently, several charac- teristic studies on tissue-resident Tregs have been drawing wide attention. Some tissue-resident Tregs express some special molecules and are involved in the regulation of local tissue functions apart from immune regulation. This article focuses on the functions of some tissue-resident Tregs, such as fat-resident Tregs participating in the regulation of insulin resistance, muscle-resident Tregs in the regen- eration and repair of damaged skeletal muscle, and thyroid-resident Tregs in the regulation of thyroid function, aiming to help medical graduates further understand the phenotypes and functions of tissue-resident Tregs.
