芳砜纶纤维/聚四氟乙烯复合材料的性能 被引量:1

摘要 采用热压工艺制备芳砜纶纤维(polysulfonamide fiber,PSAF)/聚四氟乙烯(polytetrafluoroethylene,PTFE)复合材料,然后采用热重分析仪(thermal gravimetric analyzer,TGA)、差示扫描量热(differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)法、X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、傅里叶转换红外(Fourier transform infrared,FTIR)、热场发射扫描式电子显微镜(thermal field scanning electron microscope,TFSEM)等方法研究了PSAF对所制备复合材料的力学性能、热稳定性、结构和微观形貌等的影响.研究结果表明,PSAF的加入提高了复合材料的力学性能,使其具有优异的热稳定性能.适量的PSAF较好地分散在PTFE基体中,PSAF与PTFE基体的界面结合较好,且同时存在物理与化学结合. Polysulfonamide fiber (PSAF)/polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composites were prepared by hot pressing process. The effect of PSAF on material mechanical properties, thermal stability, structure and morphology was studied with thermal gravimetric ana- lyzer (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), and thermal field scanning electron microscope (TFSEM). The results show that PSAF can improve mechanical properties of the composite materials, and the composites have good thermal stability. A moderate amount of PSAF can be well dispersed in the PTFE matrix. Bonding of the PSAF and PTFE matrix interracial is good, and there is a physical adhesion.
