摘要
通过对25CrMo钢在不同冷速下的冷却转变情况的测定,将25CrMo钢的CCT曲线测绘出来,同时,将不同冷却速度的试样进行硬度的检验,最终得出相互之间的变化关系。实验的结果可以为25CrMo钢在实际应用过程中制定热处理工艺提供理论参考。
Based on the determination of cooling transformation of 25CrMo steel under different cooling rates, the 25CrMo steel CCT curve mapping is drawn. At the same time, hardness lest for the samples with different cooling rate are conducted, and the change of the relationship between each other is finally obtained. The experimental results can provide theoretical reference for the development of heat treatment process for 25CrMo steel in practical application.
