摘要
采用手选和跳汰等简单选矿方法进行矿石加工生产,以恢复地质品位、尾矿铁品位,具有极高的回收利用价值。尾矿经淘洗和强磁选等工艺流程,可获得w(TFe)为46%以上的粉矿产品,同时,对手选和跳汰尾矿进行破碎加工,可获得w(TFe)为28%的水泥生产原料,既提高了资源利用率,创造新价值,又减少废物排放,保护了环境。
Simple processing methods such as selected by hand and jigging are adopted for ore processing production in order to restore geological grade. The tailing with a high iron grade has high utilization value. Through elutriation and strong magnetic separation process, tailing can obtain powder ore products with more than 46% w (TFe). At the same time, through crushing process of the tailing selected by hand and jigging, 28% w (TFe) can be obtained as raw material for cement production,which improves the utilization rate of resources, creates new value, and reduces waste emissions and protects the environment.
