On the Implementation of New Environmental Management System Standard in Iron and Steel Industry

通过多年来对2004版环境管理体系标准的实践和新版标准的学习,认识到新版标准从理念、思想,宏观上引领体系运行不仅要以守法为先导,更加注重环境绩效。贯彻实施新版标准要充分融入循环经济理念,应与清洁生产、钢铁产业政策和环境政策有效结合,并实施有效的监测与考核,才能更大限度地实现环境绩效持续改进。

Through years of study and practice of GBFF 14001-2004 and GB/T 24001-2015, the author realizes that the new standard not only guides the system operation from the ideas, thoughts, and macro system , but also pays more attention to environmental performance. The implementation of the new standard should be fully integrated into the concept of circular economy, clean production, and should be combined with the iron and steel industry policy and environmental policy effectively, and implement effective monitoring and evaluation in order to achieve a greater degree of environmental performance improvement.
