摘要 2016年以来邯宝2号高炉热风炉工况持续恶化,送风温度大幅下滑,烧炉和送风时均出现阻力过大现象,分析认为是热风炉蓄热室格子砖堵塞所致;通过热风炉的维护和高炉操作制度的调整,高炉可保持长期稳定顺行。 The working condition of Hanbao No.2 hot blast furnace has been deteriorating since 2016, and the air temperature has dropped sharply. The phenomenon of excessive resistance occurs at open stove process and air supply process, which is caused by checker brick blocking in regenerator of hot blast furnace. Through the maintenance of blast furnace and adjustment of operation system in blast furnace, the long-term stable operation of blast furnace can be maintained.
