Objective To explore the curative effect observation on comprehensive nursing in patients with unstable pelvic fractures. Methods 80 patients with unstable pelvic fracture were conducted from March 2014 to May 2015, all subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups of 40 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The complications and psychological status of the two groups were compared. Measurement data between two groups were compared using independent samples t test, intra-group comparison were compared by paired t test. Count data was used by chi square test, P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results After nursing care, the incidence of complications in the observation group (15.00%) was significantly less than that in the control group (40.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). There were statistical differences of psychological states [(53.69 ± 10.27), (54.48 ± 10.19), (48.72± 10.08), (48.36 ± 9.85) score] in two groups after nursing (all P〈0.05). The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) in patients before and after nursing in two groups were significant differences (all P〈0.05). Conclusion Unstable pelvic fractures by comprehensive nursing can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
