模拟静脉输液反冲输液器预制件用于实训教学的效果观察 被引量:2

The effect observation on the use of the prefabricated parts of the simulated intravenous infusion for the training teaching

摘要 目的探讨模拟静脉输液反冲输液器预制件在实训教学中的应用效果。方法 2015年3月随机选取南阳医学高等专科学校2014级专科护理学生240人,其中应用传统输液器练习静脉输液操作技术的学生120人为对照组,应用模拟静脉输液反冲输液器预制件练习静脉输液操作技术的学生120人为观察组。比较两组护理学生在实训教学中对两种输液器进行静脉输液练习时的认可情况。两样本均数间比较采用t检验,有序多分类资料比较采用秩和检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果实验组学生液体排空时间为(6.10±0.99)s,显著低于对照组的(15.20±1.19)s,差异有统计学意义(t=64.398,P<0.05)。两组学生对不同输液器仿真程度的评价(9.17%、15.83%、5.00%,55.00%、25.83%、19.17%)比较,差异有统计学意义(H=17.508,P<0.05)。结论模拟静脉输液反冲输液器操作方便、节时省力;能够有效减少资源浪费,还能避免护理学生受针头刺伤的危险,可广泛应用于强化实训和技能竞赛等。 Objective To explore the effect of the application of the prefabricated part of the simulated intravenous infusion on the training teaching. Methods 240 nursing students from Nanyang medical college were randomly selected frmn the class, the application of infusion of traditional practice of intravenous infusion technology of 120 students as control group, using simulated intravenous infusion recoil infusion prefabricated pieces technology of intravenous infusion of 120 students practice as the observation group, Comparison of nursing students in the training of two kinds of infusion device for intravenous infusion practice of recognition. Measurement data was processed by t test, ordered categorical data was used by rank sum test, P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results Liquid emptying time[(6.10±0.99)s] of experimental group students was significant lower than control group[(15.20± 1.19)s] (t=64.398, P〈0.05). Compared with control group (55.00%,25.83%,19.17%), the difference in evaluation on the simulation of different infusion devices (79.17%, 15.83%,5.00%) was significant higher (H=17.508, P〈0.05). Conclusion Simulated vein infusion recoil infusion device has the advantages of convenient operation, time saving and labor saving, and it can effectively reduce the waste of resources at the same time, but also to avoid the risk of nursing students by needle puncture can be widely used to strengthen the training and skills competitions.
