摘要
针对井下超高水充填采煤技术在实际应用中出现的稳定性问题,从充填材料抗压性能出发,单向研究充填材料稳定性,并对矿压与充填体强度之间的关系进行简单分析。实验结果表明,超高水充填材料在受到恒定压力时,会根据充填体强度不同而出现不同程度的压缩,充填体强度越高,压缩率越小,直至可忽略,反之压缩率越大;当压缩到一定程度后,充填体压缩量不再发生变化,达到相对稳定状态。
Based on stability problems of underground super high water filling mining technology in practical use, stability of filling materials together with relation between mine pressure and filled body strength were analyzed from aspect of its compressive property. The result showed that compression would change to varying degrees according to different strength of idling materials when super high water filling materials was under constant pressure. The higher strength of filling was, the lower compression ration would be until it could be negligible, whereas, it would be greater. And decrement of filling would remain steady once it compressed to a certain degree.
