摘要
针对7607工作面用柔模混凝土沿空留巷的施工作业出现的问题,通过对沿空留巷理论的深入研究,在7607工作面采用的柔模混凝土沿空留巷新技术,进行了工作面巷道布置设计、工作沿空留巷施工工艺设计,通过工业试验分析了实施效果。实践表明,运用柔模混凝土沿空留巷技术,提高了煤炭回收率,减少了巷道掘进率,实现了采煤工作面安全高效生产。
Based on existing problems of 7607 working face using soft mold concrete in gob-side entry retaining and deep research of gob-side entry method, new technique was used in roadway layout and construction process design. And its implementation effect was analyzed by industrial tests. The practice showed that coal recovery ratio was improved, roadway drainage ration was decreased and safe and efficient production of coal face was achieved.
