摘要 为了减少焦炉煤气用量,对300 MW的M701S(F)型燃气蒸汽联合循环发电机组进行高炉煤气和焦炉煤气掺烧调整试验。通过燃气轮机进口燃料热值自动控制,在保证机组运行稳定的条件下,分析燃料热值与机组负荷之间的关系,改进控制策略,从而实现减少焦炉煤气掺混量,降低发/供电燃料成本,提高机组创效能力。实际运行结果表明,通过采取切实有效的控制策略和技术措施,减少焦炉煤气掺混量降低发电燃料成本的方案可行。 In order to reduce coke oven gas consttmptlon, the adjustment of co-firing of blast furnace gas and cove oven gas in 300 MW CCPP is studied in this paper. The calorific value of mixing gas entering into the gas turbine is automatically controlled. Under steady operation conditions, the relation of the calorific value and operating load is analyzed, and the control strategy is improved to reduce the consumption of cove oven gas and save the operating cost. The practical operating results show that the proposed technical methods and con-trol strategy are feasible and effective to save the operating cost.
