摘要 Fe-6.5%Si钢在室温下的加工成型性极差,使得它的生产及应用受到极大的限制。本文研究了温轧过程不同温度工艺条件下,Fe-6.5%Si温轧板的微观组织、织构及有序相的变化。结果表明:随着温轧温度的降低,位错密度升高,反相畴被大量位错所分割,这使得显微硬度值显著升高。同时,温度的升高使得易磁化的λ纤维织构强度减弱,难磁化的γ纤维织构得到增强,从而导致在最终退火板中磁感应强度(B8,B50)与铁损值(P15/50,P10/400)显著降低。 Owing to poor processing formability at room temperature, the manufacture and application of Fe-6.5 %Si steel have been severely restricted. The effect of temperature in the warm rolling process on micro- structure, texture and ordered phase were studied in this paper. The results demonstrate that with the decrease of the warm rolling temperature, the dislocation density increases, and antiphase domains are divided by a large number of dislocations, which induces a significant rise in the values of microhardness. On the other hand, with the increase of the temperature, the intensity of L-fiber texture, which is easily magnetized, re- duced; and the γ-fiber texture, which is difficutly magnetized, enhanced. The magnetic induction (B8,B50) and iron loss (P15/50,P10/400) were significantly reduced in the final annealed sheets.
