摘要 介绍了抚顺石化公司石油二厂催化装置再生器改造工程中,为满足检修工期要求,对旋风分离器的更换采用"整体吊装,地面组对"的方法:将8组旋风分离器和上封头整体吊装到地面专用工装胎架上,对旋风分离器拆旧换新,组对焊接一次完成,再与上封头整体安装。而实现工装胎架稳固、上表面水平,是保证旋风分离器组焊时垂直度达到高精度要求的关键。最终实现了内外作业面同时展开,提高安装精度、降低安全风险和大幅缩减工期的目标。为同类工程开创了全新的可参考的施工方法。 In the regenerator reformation project of the catalytic unit at Fushun Petrochemical Co. No.2 Plant, in order to satisfy the maintenance period requirement, the replacement of the cyclone adopts the method of " integral hoisting, assembly on ground", that is, integrally hoisting down the eight cyclones and one upper dome to a special support frame on ground, removing old cyclones and replacing them with new cyclones on the special support frame, completing assembly and welding once, then integrally installing them with the upper dome. To make the special support frame stable and its upper surface horizontal is the key to ensure the high precise verticality of the cyclones during welding. Finally, the construction target is reached, which includes simultaneously conducting internal and external work, increasing installation accuracy, decreasing safety risk and greatly shortening work period.
