摘要
本文通过渗碳淬火对比试验和有限元软件研究模拟,分析半轴齿轮淬火后内花键的变化规律,在热处理生产过程中选取适当的装挂方式,设计合理的补偿工装等措施,力求做到均匀冷却,有效地控制内花键的变形量。
In this article, through the contrast experiment of carburizing and quenching and the simulation research of finite element software innovation, the variation law of the internal spline of half shaft gear is an- alyzed after quenching. The proper way of loading and hanging is selected during the heat treatment, rea- sonable compensation tool is designed and other measures to strive to achieve uniform cooling and effective control of deformation of the internal spline.
