摘要
轧机主传动各设备润滑管路的油液流量直接反映油液到达润滑点的效果,因而有效的流量监测将直接反映设备润滑的现状。根据轧机主传动润滑点的分布情况,详细阐述了基于Labview虚拟软件的多支路流量监测系统的程序界面设计和程序框图,并用仿真信号进行了模拟。基于虚拟仪器技术监测程序能有效实现在线流量监测、数据显示和报警功能,为设备可靠运转提供科学监测数据。
The oil flowrate in lubrication piping of rolling mill transmission equipment directly reflect effect which oil reach to lubrication points. Thus effective flow monitoring will directly reflect the present situation of the equipment lubrication. According to the distribution of lubricating points in rolling mill transmission equipment, the article expounds the multiple branch flow monitoring system based on Labview virtual software, including interface design and program block diagram of program. And the simulation signal is simulated. Monitoring program based on virtual instrument technology can effectively realize online flow monitoring, data display and alarm function, can provide scientific monitoring data for equipment and reliable ooeration.
