摘要
针对目前冷轧机轧线调整装置结构、调节过程复杂等缺点,介绍了一种结构简单紧凑、调节速度快的轧线调整装置。通过对该装置的运动机构进行数学描述、分析确定了各结构参数,并对该装置的阶梯块和斜楔控制液压缸的行程进行了详细的计算,使其更加符合现场实际工况,并为轧线调整装置设计提供了参考。
In view of the disadvantages of the structure and the adjustment process of the adjustment device of the cold rolling mill, this paper introduces a kind of rolling line adjusting device which has simple and compact structure, and can adjust the speed quickly. Through the mathematical description and analysis of the motion mecha- nism of the device, the structural parameters are determined, and the length of the ladder block and the wedge con- trol hydraulic cylinder are calculated in detail.
