冰黄肤乐软膏联合氯雷他定治疗亚急性及慢性手部湿疹的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Binghuangfule Ointment Combined with Loratadine in the Treatment of Subacute and Chronic Hand Eczema

目的:分析亚急性及慢性手部湿疹患者实施冰黄肤乐软膏联合氯雷他定疗法的效果。方法:选择赤壁市人民医院90例亚急性及慢性手部湿疹患者,按照1~90的顺序排列,根据单双数分成两组:双数(观察组)实施冰黄肤乐软膏、氯雷他定联合疗法,单数(对照组)实施氯雷他定疗法,统计疾病的治疗效果。结果:观察组好转率为93.3%,瘙痒、红斑丘疹复发率为8.9%;对照组好转率75.6%,瘙痒、红斑丘疹复发率为26.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床给予亚急性及慢性手部湿疹患者外用冰黄肤乐软膏联合口服氯雷他定的疗法作用显著,可迅速止痒并预防复发。

Objective To analyze the subacute and chronic hand eczema patients with Binghuangfule ointment combined with loratadine therapy effect. Methods The 90 cases of subacute and chronic hand eczema patients from our department were randomly selected, arranged in the order of 1-90, divided into two groups according to the odd and even number： dual （Study Group） implementation of Binghuangfule ointment, loratadine combination therapy, words in the singular （control group） the implementation of loratadine therapy, disease statistics of therapeutic effect. Results The improvement rate of the study group was 93.3 %, the recurrence rate of pruritus and erythema was 8.9 %, the improvement rate of control group was 75.6 %, the recurrence rate of pruritus and erythema was 26.7 %, and the difference between the two groups was statistically different, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Clinical give sub acute and chronic hand eczema treated with topical application of Binghuangfule ointment combined with oral administration of loratadine therapy effect, can quickly relieve itching and relapse prevention, worthy of clinical reference.
